(Currently, a proposal to expand is being considered to 10-15). -7 MLB Keepers can currently be kept for unlimited years at their auction price.Among these 7, teams may keep up to 3 FA based on the prior years #AB or #IP, based on this formula: #IP/10 or #AB/25, with all rounding up. -Additionally, teams may keep up to 3 additional minor league players on a contract.
